Prepaid Note:

Prepaid accounts are only intended to be a casual service. Prepaid 15 min. and 1 hr are only available from our retailers not from online. Unlike other prepaid internet access hours our Prepaid hours are not continuous, hence hours are accounted for when used.ie 5hrs prepaid can be used as required over a period of 5 days and at any of our access points/coverage areas. All prepaid services include Unlimited Data download.

Before you purchase any of our products and before you scratch to reveal the password on our prepaid cards, you must first make sure you are able to connect to Airlan's hotspots and browse our website. This access is free and will enable you to test your coverage. Once you have purchased any of our products or you scratch to reveal the password on our prepaid cards, it is deemed you have read and agree with all of our terms and conditions. Prepaid hours are not refundable. To get access to the logoff button make sure you have popups enabled, else disable your wireless devise or shutdown your device and your account will timeout in 5mins. If your device accesses the internet within 10mins after this you will be logged in automatically as a matter of convenience so you don't have to type in your details again.

Things you need to know.

# Unless you have chosen a plan with an unlimited traffic allowance, if your total uploads exceed your total downloads by a ratio of 5:1 in any given month, we may charge you the relevant excess usage fee for each additional MB of data you upload in that month in excess of the 5:1 ratio. Data usage calculations for billing excess usage for all "High Speed" plans, is the sum of both Uploads and Downloads, hence total data usage.

All speeds are based on theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, link quality and distance form access points, access point type, customer premises equipment, traffic, hardware, software, capacity and load of the access point/Hotspot, which WiFi standard you are currently using (802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11b/g, 802.11n), your hardware drivers, the source of your download and general internet traffic. The service is subject to network availability in the relevant area.

1 hour and 15 minute prepaid cards purchased from selected resellers.

All Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, link quality, distance form access point, access point type, member premises interference, traffic, hardware and software.

If you exceed your monthly download limit the appropriate excess usage charge will apply until the first day of the next billing month. Unused data allowance is not rolled into subsequent months. An early cancellation fee applies to Airlan's wireless broadband service when disconnected before agreement period is completed. See terms and conditions for details.

All payments must be by Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Monthly fees are paid in advance, excess charges on the first day of the next billing period.

One off activation fee of $22 for Winter Plans applies. Prepaids have no additional costs.

Additional airEmail accounts are available at $2.20 per month for each email address.

AntiVirus for airEmail accounts is Free for each email address.

AntiSpam for airEmal accounts is Free for each email address.

Installation of non Airlan supplied equipment will be charged at $165/hr, total time charged for each job is calculated from Jindabyne Post Office to customer�s location and back to Jindabyne Post Office. Installation is for basic installations, difficult mounting/installations may incur additional charges.

All prices quoted included GST, unless otherwise stated. Excess usage charges are quoted ex-GST and calculated on calender month, at time of billing GST will be added to total excess usage fees.

Onsite Computer support is charged at an hourly rate of $132 inc. GST for non Airlan internet account holders and $110 inc. GST. for Airlan internet account holders. Total time charged for each job is calculated from Jindabyne Post Office to customer�s location and back to Jindabyne Post Office. Telephone based computer support is charged at $66 inc GST per unique incident/problem.

Charge for emailing of Prepaid account usage logs is $25/report.

For technical and commercial reasons, Airlan reserves the right to limit upload and download data capacities, connection speeds and P2P traffic.
